"Grout looks brand new!"
This product worked miracles in our bathroom. When we moved in the grout was dark from years of dirt buildup. One application and it was unbelievable. The foam clings right to the grout and does all the work - barely had to scrub at all.

"Works great in my shower"
I spray right after my shower, scrub with a brush - everything wipes right off. Love that it's a protectant too so it stays cleaner between uses. My bathroom tile has never looked this fresh!

"Entire shower - would buy again"
Used it on my entire shower and it did a great job on grout and soap scum off the tiles. I really like how it not only cleans, but helps keep it clean for longer with the protectant. I would purchase this again!

Three easy steps
How it works
Step 1
Spray
Coat the grout lines with the thick foaming formula until they're fully covered.
Step 2
Wait
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes so the foam can penetrate deep into the grout and lift away buildup.
Step 3
Wipe & rinse
Wipe away or rinse clean to reveal brighter grout, while XtraGuard keeps protecting it.
Most people
don't know
grout can be cleaned.
XtraGuard does more -
it keeps it that way.
The science behind the clean
XtraGuard Technology™
Most cleaners remove dirt, then stop. XtraGuard goes further, forming an invisible protective barrier inside the grout that makes future buildup slide right off, so it stays cleaner longer.
01
Clean
The foaming formula penetrates deep into grout lines, lifting embedded grime, soap scum, and discoloration.
02
Protect
XtraGuard bonds to the grout surface, creating an invisible shield that resists everyday dirt and moisture before they can set in.
03
Maintain
Because the barrier is already there, grout stays cleaner longer and your next clean takes a fraction of the effort.
Keeps grout cleaner longer
