Ideal for cleaning tough smokehouse surfaces. Self-foaming. Apply with a foam generator, high pressure/hot water washer or Steam Cleaner. Rinses quickly and completely. USDA applicable, A8.

• Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner rapidly removes heavy accumulations of grease, oils and carbonized soils from all smokehouse surfaces.
• Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner clings by itself and eliminates the need for additional "boosters" usually required to stabilize the foam.
• Although it is primarily used to clean smokehouses, it may be effectively used for other heavy-duty cleaning in both steam cleaning and high-pressure/hot water equipment.
• Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner has synthetic detergents and emulsifiers that enable it to perform equally well in hard or soft water conditions. Dilutes 2-6 ounces to a gallon.
• Product and labeling is color-coded orange caustic cleaner for easy use with other color-coded Zep food systems products.
• Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner contains only biodegradable detergents and emulsifiers.
