Instructions

Strip old finish using Zep Commercial Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper. Rinse thoroughly and let the floor dry completely. Pour sealer into a clean pail. Using a dry rayon string mop, apply 1–2 thin coats using a continuous figure-8 motion. Let dry completely between coats (about 30–45 minutes). Do not use fans to speed drying. Apply a compatible floor finish (such as a high-traffic floor polish) per label directions. Sealer can be stripped and reapplied as needed.

Pro-Tip: For the smoothest, most even coat, use a dry rayon mop and apply two thin coats—fully drying between coats helps prevent hazing and improves adhesion.
