Stain Resistant Floor Sealer produces a level, stain-resistant and clear gloss surface for high-traffic surfaces. Applying the sealer before a top coating or floor finish results in maximum strength improved shine and stain resistance. It can be stripped and reapplied as needed, making it ideal for use on a range of hard floors, including high-traffic vinyl, in businesses, offices and warehouses. The product covers up to 1,500 square feet and produces a thin, even finish by mopping in a continuous figure-8 motion. This is step 2 of the Zep Commercial Floor Care 4-Step Program.

  • Provides An Extra Layer Of Stain Resistance
  • Use On Unfinished Vinyl (Vct), Concrete, Rubber & Tile Floors
  • No Dilution Required
  • This Is Step 2 Of The Zep 4 Step Floor Solution

To prepare floor, strip floor using Zep Commercial® Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper according to label directions. Rinse thoroughly. Allow floor to dry completely. Pour sealer into a clean Pail. Using a dry rayon string mop, apply 1 to 2 layers of sealer. To achieve a thin, even finish, move the mop in a continuous figure-8 motion. Allow floor to dry completely between applications to prevent hazing and to ensure adhesion, approximately 3 minutes under normal conditions. Do not use fans to reduce drying time; sealer needs to cure on its own. To finish floor, use Zep Commercial® High-Traffic Floor Finish, according to label directions. This step is necessary to provide a durable finish. This product is able to be stripped and reapplied as needed.

Pro-Tip: Step #2 in the Floor Care 4 Step Process. For premium results, apply sealer with a dry rayon string mop. Apply two coats, allowing sealer to dry completely between coats " approximately 30 minutes.
