Zeparade Sealer is an acrylic, metal-interlocked floor sealer formulated to provide floors with good gloss and added protection.

• Protects: Sealing floor helps protects the surface from hard-to-remove stains
• Effective Sealer: Water-based formula seals and fills in the pores to prolong floor life while providing an excellent based coat for the floor finish
• Versatile: May be used alone or as a base coat under any suitable Zep floor finish on hard surface and resilient floors
• Easy to Apply: When properly applied, Zeparade Sealer will level with no streaks or mop trails. Typically, dries in 30 minutes per coat.
• Economical: Covers 2000 to 2500 square feet per gallon on porous flooring
• Slip-Resistant: Meets or exceeds slip resistance standards (when properly maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047.

Pro-Tip: Recommended as a sealer for any floor surface where water emulsion sealer and finishes are commonly used. Great for use in automotive repair facilities, grocery stores, hotels and motels, nursing homes, schools, shopping malls, and many more locations.
