Dealing with residual concrete does not have to make maintaining your truck fleet difficult. Eliminate concrete buildup.
Small amounts of concrete linger in the drum of a concrete mixer. When loading and transporting concrete to construction sites, concrete is poured out until the flow of concrete is down to a dribble. Over time, if not cleared, the residual concrete in the drum mixer will harden, take up space, and reduce the mixer’s capacity.
In addition to the internal drum, if the concrete buildup is not removed or removed with harsh chemistry there is potential for damage to the critical exterior components, wiring and truck surfaces,
