Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, Zep does not accept returns of products except as expressly stated below.
Non-Returnable Products
All products sold on Zep.com are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of:
- Damaged goods upon delivery, or
- Valid warranty claims, as determined by Zep
We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering errors
- Product incompatibility
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Zep within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a damaged goods claim, customers are required to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging, including the shipping label applied to the packaging.
- Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim
Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Zep may, at its discretion:
- Issue a replacement product, or
- Provide a refund to the original method of payment
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Warranty Claims:
Zep warrants that all Products manufactured by Zep shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment ("Warranty Period"). Products which are not manufactured by Zep shall carry only the warranty offered by the original manufacturer, to the extent such warranty may be transferred to Customer, and no warranty by Zep. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any liability of Zep of any kind, including (a) warranty whether contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or in any terms additional or supplemental hereto agreed to by the parties, (b) contract, (c) negligence, (d) tort, or (e) otherwise, is limited to the repair or replacement by Zep of those Products which an examination by Zep reveals to be in breach of warranty during the Warranty Period, or, at Zep's option, to refund to Customer the money paid to Zep by Customer for such Products. Zep will have no obligation to remedy defects unless, within the Warranty Period, Customer gives Zep written notice of its claim. In no event shall Zep incur any obligation to repair or replace Products that are determined by Zep to be defective due to Customer misuse, or due to use not in accordance with applicable labeling. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED HEREIN, ZEP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM ZEP WHICH WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF ZEP DETERMINES THE PRODUCTS BREACH THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

Claims submitted outside the applicable timeframe or without required documentation may not be approved.
Final Determination
All return, replacement, and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Zep, subject to applicable law.
