Our Commitment to Accessibility

At Zep, we prioritize digital accessibility. We ensure our web store is optimized for all users, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This means designing digital experiences that allow users with disabilities to interact with our platform just as effectively as anyone else.


To guide our accessibility work, we’ve partnered with Accessible Web, a team of experts in digital accessibility. Together, we are working to remove barriers and work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA. 

What We're Doing

  • Regularly scanning our website for accessibility issues that can be detected automatically

  • Making updates and improvements based on user feedback

  • Contracting Accessible Web to perform manual audits against WCAG 2.2 AA on our Desktop application

  • Working to remediate issues that are discovered through audits

    • All audits are expected to be complete by February, 2026.

    • We aim to address barriers identified through these audits by August, 31st 2026.
