IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” BEFORE ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. THESE ESTABLISH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Organizer: Zep, Inc.
2. Name of Contest: Zep.com Email Registration Sweepstakes
3. Brief Description of Contest: A chance for participants to win a $100 gift card for use exclusively on Zep.com by registering to receive marketing emails from Zep.com.
4. Brief Mechanism of the Contest: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
5. Eligibility Criteria: The contest is open to any resident of the United States that is at least 18 years of age as of May 20th 2025.
6. Ineligibility: Employees of the Organizers, appointed agencies for this contest and their family members including but not limited to their parents, siblings, spouse and children.
7. Contest Period: Users must register between May 20th, 2025 12:00 AM EST and June 29th, 2025 11:59PM EST to qualify. The winner will be selected June 29th 2025, and we will contact them directly via email. The Organizer reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period to any dates thereof at its sole discretion.
8. Selection of the Winner : Winner will be selected using a randomized selection tool that will pick one person from all users who registered during the sweepstakes time period.
9. Prize: A Zep.com digital “gift card” in the amount of $100.00 US Dollars for use on the Zep.com website only.
Note: Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash. Each Participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only during the Contest Period.
10. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the email they used to register for Zep.com email marketing. If the winner is not contactable / responsive after three (3) attempts, the Organizer reserves the right to award a new winner.
11. Delivery/Collection of Prizes: Fulfillment shall be made within thirty (30) days of contact. The delivery email address will be provided by the winners and shall be within the United States only. While the Organizer guarantees to send out the digital gift card, the Organizer cannot guarantee the successful delivery of prizes, as this depends on the correct and valid information provided (email address). The Organizer will not be responsible for the defect(s) on the prizes, long duration of delivery, incorrect or invalid delivery address provided, unclaimed, lost or stolen prizes and will not entertain any claims for a refund.
12. Additional Terms:
a) Privacy: The information submitted during the sweepstakes or otherwise may include full name, delivery address, and other personal information. Except as provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, participants’ personal information will only be used by the Organizers in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, and Zep’s privacy policy.
b) No cheating tolerated: Participants acknowledged and agreed that no form of cheating will be tolerated. If participants are found cheating, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizers, participants will immediately be disqualified from the contest. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, participating in the contest without meeting the eligibility requirements, using duplicate documents, tampering with, hacking of the contest application software and site (if any), using any automated software or device to gain an advantage during the contest, use of the contest beyond the defined rules of the contest, attempting to disable or overwhelm any of the Organizers websites or the contest site (if any), attempting to disrupt any portion of the contest, including but not limited to, allowing somebody else to use your personal information, or tampering with the entry process.
c) No waiver: The Organizers failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or of any other provision.
d) Modification of these Terms and Conditions, etc.: The Organizers may modify these terms and conditions and/or withdraw or terminate the contest at any stage without any liability towards anyone.
e) In the event of any inconsistency between this Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional materials for this contest, the terms contained in this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
f) Any expenses and/or taxes incurred to participate in this contest and/or to collect the prize if required, is at the sole responsibility of the winner.
g) If for any reason this sweepstakes is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as microsite technical error, telecommunication failure, computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, any acts of government not limited to movement control order or any other reason beyond the Organizer control, the Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate this contest.
h) The Organizer and all its appointed agencies involved in this sweepstakes, including their directors, officers and/or agents are not liable in any way for the followings: • Intervention by unauthorized parties during the contest period. • Any human errors and electronic/technical failure in the administration of the contest and processing of entries. • Any entry that is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received. • Any liability (including death) whether directly or indirectly caused by the Participant’s participation in the contest and usage of the prize.
