Asphalt Release Agent - Freeze Free

Color: Opaque, white

Non-foaming release agent specially formulated for cold weather stability. Will not freeze to -20??F. Concentrated blend of biodegradable heat-resisting organic oils and emulsifiers. Contains no petroleum distillates or water. Prevents the asphalt from sticking to bed and allows the entire load to slide easily and completely when bed is tilted. Will not adversely affect the asphalt mix or cause any environmental concerns. This product will not foam regardless of the application process.

• Remains pourable to 20°F (-7°C); stable in storage at even lower temperatures, allowing pumping and use in cold months.
• No wasted time or product caused by "sticking".
• Concentrated formulation may be diluted up to 1 to 20 parts water for use. Apply emulsion with Zep Model 204-C proportioner, air-driven diaphragm pump or pump-up sprayer.
• Product conforms to regulations pertaining to asphalt construction.
