Zep Formula 22 is a highly concentrated, low-foam industrial cleaner designed for heavy-duty cleaning of concrete, ceramic tile, stone (except marble), asphalt, linoleum, rubber, vinyl, and other hard surfaces such as furniture, glass, mirrors, building exteriors, and stainless steel The low-foam formula makes rinsing easy and leaves no residue behind. Safe for use in auto-scrubbers and approved for federally inspected meat and poultry processing facilities, Formula 22 is effective in both hard and soft water. Inhibited to protect soft metals such as aluminum. Infused with a refreshing citrus scent that leaves areas smelling clean.

THIS CONCENTRATED PRODUCT MUST BE DILUTED AS DIRECTED PRIOR TO USE. Floor Cleaning: Asphalt, Linoleum, Rubber, Vinyl Floors - Dilute 1:256 to 1:64 (0.5 to 2 oz per gallon of water). Terrazzo, Ceramic Tile, Concrete, Epoxy Floors, Stone (except Marble) - Dilute 1:128 to 1:32 (1 to 4 oz per gallon of water). Use a lower dilution range with automatic floor scrubbers. General Cleaning: Oil-Painted Walls, Woodwork and Furniture, Glass, Mirrors, Venetian Blinds - Dilute 1:256 to 1:32 (0.5 to 4 oz per gallon of water). Building Exteriors, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Porcelain, Glazed Tile - Dilute 1:64 to 1:16 (2 to 8 oz per gallon of water). For best results, allow the solution to soak as recommended, agitate if necessary, and rinse thoroughly. Not for use for cleaning any surface harmed by water. Use lower dilution range for use with automatic floor scrubbers.
