After spraying area to be cleaned, use a clean, damp cloth to blot stains until carpet is dry. FOR SPOT CLEANING: Use a clean cloth to blot excess spill. Spray the spot. Wait a few minutes; then blot clean with a damp sponge or cloth. For ground-in stains, use a brush to loosen dirt before applying product. FAQ

Have some questions? Why not take a look at some of the most frequently asked questions about this product below to see if we have the answer.

What does Zep High-Traffic Carpet Spot Remover & Cleaner remove?

Zep High-Traffic Carpet Spot Remover & Cleaner helps remove set-in carpet stains, ground-in dirt, spills, and odor-causing soils from high-traffic areas, rugs, and upholstery.

How does the enzymatic formula work?

The biological enzymes help break down tough organic stains and odors at the source. This makes it especially useful for heavily used carpet areas where soils and smells can become trapped in the fibers.

Can this carpet cleaner be used in extractor or steam machines?

No, this product is intended for spot cleaning and high-traffic area treatment only. It should not be used in extractor or steam cleaning machines.

How do you use it on tough carpet stains?

Blot excess spill first, spray the stained area, wait a few minutes, then blot with a damp sponge or cloth. For ground-in stains, loosen dirt with a brush before applying the cleaner.

Can Zep High-Traffic Carpet Spot Remover help with severe odors?

Yes. For severe odors, saturate the affected area, cover it with a damp towel, and leave it for several hours or overnight so the enzymes have more time to work. Allow the area to dry completely before use.
