Zep I.D. Red is a high-performance industrial degreaser designed for applications requiring fast evaporation and no residue. This powerful degreaser spray effectively removes oil, grease, dirt, and lubricants from metal surfaces, machinery parts, and equipment. Formulated without chlorinated solvents and is non-corrosive. For use in automotive repair shops, HVAC services, metal fabrication, and more. Its two-way valve allows for easy application, working right-side-up or upside-down for hard-to-reach areas.

Instructions

For light-duty jobs, spray surface and wipe off. For heavy- duty jobs, saturate thoroughly and let stand 15 to 30 seconds. Flush with a second blast of product and wipe off. For hard-to-reach areas, use a spout and extension tube. Aerosol can may also be sprayed upside down. NOTE: Before restarting equipment or exposing unsoiled equipment parts to extreme heat or possible sources of ignition, solvent must be completely evaporated. NOTE: Product is EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. Do not smoke, weld or allow any other type of ignition (sparks, electric motor, etc.) while using. NOTE: For California facilities under AQMD Rule 1171 Solvent Cleaning Operations VOC limit of 25 g/L, this product contains 652.8 g/L VOC. SCAQMD limited quantity use exemption for aerosol applies.
