Zep T'N'T Brushless Truck and Trailer Wash is a concentrated, biodegradable formula engineered to eliminate tough grease, road film, and exhaust deposits without manual scrubbing, delivering streak-free results that are safe on paint, metal, rubber, and plastic. This bundle pairs it with the Zep Model 481 Hydro Foamer, which connects to a standard garden hose and uses individual metering tips to dial in the right dilution — from 1:25 for heavy soil and wheel washing up to 1:100 for lighter cleaning. (T'N'T is also compatible with pressure washers for tougher jobs, ideally at 140°–160°F and 600+ psi.) Apply from bottom to top, rinse thoroughly top to bottom, then finish with Zep Ultra Wipes — heavy-duty, lint-free 12"x14" shop towels that hold up wet or dry and deliver a streak-free wipe-down on glass, chrome, metal, and vinyl. Because T'N'T contains 1-bromopropane (identified by California as a potential cancer and reproductive hazard) and is for industrial and business use only, and the foamer carries its own Prop 65 warning, follow label directions, test an inconspicuous area first, and don't let overspray dry on glass.

Instructions

Dilution Rate: Mix 1 part Zep T'N'T with 25 parts water for removal of heavy soil, road film, or salt residue without brushing. Mix 1 part Zep T'N'T with up to 100 parts water for light cleaning or to use with brushing. Temperature: Zep T'N'T will remove soil at low temperatures; however, higher temperatures will greatly improve performance. Pressure: Apply Zep T'N'T to surfaces with high or low pressure. High pressure will enhance product performance. For Best Results apply at high temperatures (140°-160°F) and high pressure (above 600 psi), to a dry surface. Always rinse with high-pressure water. 1. Apply dilutions to surface to be cleaned, working from bottom to top to avoid streaking. Zep T'N'T may be applied to as large a surface area as desired, being careful not to allow Zep T'N'T to dry on surface. (For example, apply to one side of a trailer.) 2. Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water, working from top to bottom. 3. Hold pressure nozzle 12" from vehicle surface. AUTOMATIC CAR WASHES Prep Gun: Mix 1 part with 64-128 parts water. Apply to dry vehicle, allowing a maximum of 15 to 20 seconds before detergent application. Touchless & Hybrid Systems: Mix 1 part with 64-128 parts water. Apply to vehicle through high-pressure spray equipment. Wheel Wash: Mix 1 part with 25 parts water. Apply to dry wheels (tires). Allow 10 to 20 seconds contact time, agitate as necessary, then rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of water. Rinse immediately from painted surfaces to eliminate possible discoloration. Not recommended for polished aluminum or magnesium wheels as streaking or dulling may occur. NOTE: Test on an inconspicuous area when using on a surface for the first time. DO NOT allow overspray to dry on glass surfaces. Immediately rinse to prevent formation of stubborn residue. DO NOT use in self-service or manual car wash applications.
