Zeparade Sealer

Color: Opaque, milky-white

Slip-resistant, water-emulsion, acrylic copolymer formulated to provide floors with a crystal-clear gloss coating. Protects floors from many types of stains. May be used with all finishes as an excellent basecoat to seal and fill pores. Levels with no streaks or mop trails. Each coat dries in 20 to 30 minutes. Recommended as a sealer for most types of floor surfaces including rubber, asphalt tile, vinyl, vinyl asbestos, cork, terrazzo, etc. Part of Zep`s Next Step system of Floor Care products. Meets or exceeds Slip Resistance Standards (when properly maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047.

• Sealing floor helps protects the surface from hard-to-remove stains.
• Water-based formula seals and fills in the pores to prolong floor life while providing an excellent based coat for the floor finish.
• May be used alone or as a base coat under any suitable Zep floor finish on hard surface and resilient floors.
• When properly applied, Zeparade Sealer will level with no streaks or mop trails. Typically, dries in 30 minutes per coat.
